Two vertical banners hang off the top corner of the building displaying the Riverwalk Park name and website. Meanwhile, the structural frame for the metal canopy that will hang above the entrance along Main Street is in place.

A green construction fence surrounds the property and future pedestrian sidewalks. Below are also some close-up shots of the modular curtain wall assembly, which is made of a mixture of windows and brick walls arranged and grouped in clean lines running up and down all sides of Main Street. This last segment of the Riverwalk Park development will contain lottery affordable housing units and give future occupants clear views of Long Island City, the Queensboro Bridge, part of the northern Midtown skyline, and a portion of the East River to the southwest.

The Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park is less than 20 minutes to the south by foot, while the Roosevelt Island F train stop is less than a minute walk from the front doors.
